WELCOME

Welcome to Kenya! When one thinks of a safari, one thinks of Africa, specifically Kenya. Immediately images of wildlife, the sun, endless golden terrain, exotic flora and fauna, tropical sandy beaches, strong smiling people with mystical lifestyles and traditions all come to mind. The beauty of the bush and excitement of a safari are what makes a Kenyan safari such a magical experience.

OUR COUNTRY

Kenya, the land where safari was born, also known as the cradle of mankind, is a land of unashamed splendor and great contrast. From the highlands of central Kenya to the great Rift valley and its resident lakes on to the most famous game reserve in the world - Masai Mara- across to the second largest lake in the world; Lake Victoria further south to the elephants of Amboseli and a spectacular view of Africa’s highest point Mount Kilimanjaro and down to the cost where the shimmering white sands of the beaches of the Indian Ocean and ancient culture of millennia passed is still alluring to the traveler to this day.

Our People

They own large herds of cattle, sheep and goats which they follow around seasonally in search of new grazing grounds and water sources. Traditionally the Maasai have always been a proud and independent tribe. They did not cultivate the land and depend on a cash economy as many of those around them did, rather they lived off the blood, milk and meat that their cattle provided them. Cattle plays a central role in the life of the Maasai. Cattle represents food and power; the more cattle a Maasai has, the richer he is and therefore the more power and influence he will have within his tribe. Read More
